Abstract
The Order sets rules on plant pesticides which require approval for import, export and manufacturing. These pesticide approvals must be classified with labeling which include information on their contents.
The Order consists of 15 Chapters: Scope and definitions (1); Approval of pesticides (2); Classification of new pesticides (3); Classification of pesticides marketed before 14 June 2011 (4); Packaging and labeling of pesticides (5); Sales (6); Storage and theft notification (7); Application (8); Experimental testing of biocides (9); Charges and fees (10); Notification requirements regarding biocides (11); Authorities (12); Penalty (13); Entry into force (14); Transitional provisions (15).

Annex 2 - Data requirements on applications for approval of biocides.
Annex 2.1 - Data requirements on applications for approval of chemical biocid when active substances are not listed in Annex 1 or 1A, but in the case of existing active substances (the national accreditation scheme).
Annex 2.2 - Data requirements on applications for approval of chemical biocid when active substances are included in Annex 1 or 1A.
Annex 2.3 - Data requirements on applications for approval of microbiological biocid when active substances are included in Annex 1 or 1A.
Annex 3 - Active substances EU Commission decided to include in Annex I, IA or IB of Biocidal.
Annex 4 - Active substances the EU Commission decided not to include in Annex I, IA or IB of Biocidal.
Annex 5 - Allowable manufacturing and analysis for biocides, see article 14.
Annex 6 - List of plants to which settlement periods have been granted pursuant to article 46, section 3.
Annex 7 - Active substances EU Commission decided not to include in Annex I to plant protection directive and no longer to be sold or used.
Annex 7a - Active substances EU Commission decided not to include in Annex I pursuant to the plant protection directive.
Annex 8 - List of previously approved plants prior to 14 June 2011 and which have not been granted legal possession limits, see article 3, section 5.
