Abstract
This Act establishes rules in regards to the requirement for ear tags, electronic ear tags and chip used for ovine and caprine marking in compliance with requirements of regulations on labeling, registration and transport of cattle, swine, sheep or goats.
The Order consists of 4 Chapters and 2 Annexes: Scope and definitions (1); Ear tags, electronic ear tags and chips for sheeps or goats (2); Administrative provisions, approval and registration of CHR (3); Penalty and entry into force (4).

Annex 2 - Requirements for manufacturing, reading distances, activation and modulation of electronic ear tags and chips.
