Abstract
This Order sets regulations concerning trade, inspection, labelling and authorization of sale of seeds. Certification thereof shall record this commodity as standards after the Danish AgriFish Agency's approval in adherence to regulations laid down by the Organisation for Economic Cooperation and Development (OECD).
The Order consists of 8 Chapters and 8 Appendices: Scope of the Order (1); Standards (2); Certified seeds (3); Common provisions for standard and certified seeds (4); Production and marketing of conservation varieties (5); Trading hobby varieties (6); Official analysis and inspection (7); Administrative provisions (8).
Appendix 1 - List of Appendices.
Appendix 2 - Species in this Order, quality standards and maximum batch size.
Appendix 3 - Breeding standards.
Appendix 4 - Labelling and marking.
Appendix 5 - Authorization.
Appendix 6 - Sale of varieties being tested for inclusion on the blacklist.
