Abstract
The Order applies to subsidies granted to create attractive living conditions in rural areas. The administrative powers in the Rural Development Act are implemented and carried out by an agreement made between the Minister of City, Residential and Rural Areas and the Minister of Food, Agriculture and Fisheries. Approval for grants can be given to organizations, individuals, businesses, organizations, non-profit associations and public authorities. When the Danish AgriFish Agency shall receive an application for the grant of subsidy through a Local Action Group, it shall give a review for final decisions on the financial commitment.
