Abstract
This Order establishes wildlife management regulations in regards to hunting and conservation of wildlife. Hunting activities, if there is no other satisfactory solution, are regulated to address hazards to humans or human health; to address risks of infection of humans or animals; to address risks to aviation safety; to protect flora and fauna; to prevent serious damages to crops, farm animals (including wild livestock farming), forestry, fish farming; or to prevent damages to property caused by wildlife.
The Order consists of 9 Chapters: Purpose (1); Regulation without prior permission (2); Regulation with prior permission (3); Other special reasons (4); Application for previous authorizations (5); Regulatory applications (6); Use of traps (7); Other provisions (8); Penalties and entry into force (9).
