Abstract
This Order sets regulations concerning the identification of environmental policies to establish the quality and standards of water bodies through the classification thereof and to ensure the protection from water pollution. These include good surface water status (good ecological and chemical status of surface water), good ecological potential and good surface water chemical status for artificial and heavily modified water bodies, and good status of groundwater (quantitative status and good chemical status) referred in Appendices 1-3.
