Order No. 47 amending the Order on direct payments to farmers under the single payment scheme.

This Order makes amendments to Order No. 29 with regard to buffer zones which are considered as uncultivated agricultural land, and buffer zones that are contiguous with areas established before 1 September 2012 with evergreen conifers and permanent crops, including fruit trees, greenery and coppices. Amendments also apply to special cases of subsidy grant applications to be submitted electronically to the Danish AgriFish Agency's website.
