Abstract
Farmers seeking financial support under this scheme, shall annually submit an application to the Danish AgriFish Agency. These applications must be made on a special form, the "Common Scheme". The purpose of the Order is to grant subsidy to farmers who apply for planting different agriculture varieties, including plants and trees, vegetables (i.e. growing potatoes for starch production), and for the allocation of land in national reserves.
The Order consists of 12 Chapters: Introduction (1); Application for subsidy (2); General requirements for single payment (3); Lower forest (4); Grasslands (5); Payment (6); Suspension of support in 2012 (7); National reserve (8); Transfer of holdings (9); Control (10); Penalties (11); Entry into force (12).
