Order No. 499 on entry into force of the Act amending the Act on Taxation of Pesticides and certain provisions of the Act amending the Act on Chemical Substances and Products.

The Order enforces implementation date (1 July 2013) of provisions regarding the restructuring of taxation on plant protection products (for environmental criteria and simplification of biocides taxation) as well as the enforcement to 1 September 2013 of article 2, No. 2, 4 and 5 of Act No. 277 with regard to biocides, digital communication, information on other products and the registration of substances, mixtures and other related commodities.
