Abstract
The Act amends certain articles with regard to biocides used for plant protection, to the digital notification to and from the Ministry of Environment, providing information on other products and to the establishing of a Register of substances, mixtures and other products. The Act also amends article 1 of Act on taxation for pesticides with regard to the addition of EU regulation No. 528/2012 specifying standards of trade in products containing biocides; and article 7 on taxation of biocide products used for the protection of plants.
