Abstract
The Order partly amends Order No. 1181 regarding the import of plants and plant products - in particular its implementation of EU provisions adhering to articles 1-2, 13 (section 3) of Act No. 198 and art. 5 (sect. 1, No. 29) of Order No. 559. Also, Appendix 3 (point 20) now reads: Plants of Colocasia Schott except seeds and roots, and plants of Momordica L., Solanum melongena L. and Trichosanthes L. except seeds . Appendix 5 (point 1) is amended whereby it lists planting seeds of various plants from different countries.
