Abstract
The Order sets regulations with regard to the prevention of introducing into Denmark certain organisms originating from non-EU areas, with the goal of avoiding the proliferation of certain organisms originating from plants. Commercial trade of plants must be duly notified to the Danish AgriFish Agency and must comply with conditions listed in Appendix 5. Good- health certification of these traded plants shall be submitted accordingly and may be inspected for compliance by the Danish AgriFish Agency. List of Appendices:
Appendix 1 Plant organisms, which may not occur.
Appendix 2 Plant organisms, which may not occur in certain plants.
Appendix 3 - Plants which may not be imported if originating from the listed countries or areas.
Appendix 4 - Specific requirement criteria to comply under import activities.
Appendix 5 Imported plants which are subject to phyto-sanitary certification or re-export certification.
Appendix 6 - Duty and obligations of importers.
Appendix 7 - Conditions for identity authorization and plant health inspections carried out at shipment locations.
