Abstract
The Order partly amends Order No. 1019, with regard to the definition of revision clause, which refers to article 46 of Commission Regulation (EC) No. 1974/2006 of 15 December 2006 on the implementation of Council Regulation (EC) No. 1698/2005 on support for rural development by the European Agricultural Fund for Rural Development (EAFRD). For land covered by article 27a may cancel the subsidy agreement if the forfeiture of the undertaking is the result of a review clause. Notification thereof shall be submitted electronically to the Danish AgriFish Agency.
