Abstract
The Order sets regulations regarding the mandatory health advisory agreement needed for persons responsible for health counseling in farms exceeding any of the threshold sizes set out in the document. The purpose of the Order is to ensure that mandatory health advisory agreements are being issued with regard to animal health and to the adherence to required specifications in their production and to the national limits for mortality in pigs. The diagnosis of a disease that occurs regularly in the farms, which is characterized by the specific symptoms described by the veterinarian shall systematically be documented.
The Order consists of 5 Chapters and 5 Appendices: Scope and definitions (1); Conclusion and termination of agreement (2); Basic agreement (3); Elective module (4); Penalty and implementation (5).
