Order No. 55 amending Order on subsidy for the maintenance of wetlands and natural water level conditions.

This Order partly amends Order No. 370, in particular the reference to plan period for fertilization planning in adherence to the Act on agricultural use of fertilizers and plant cover No. 415 of 3 May 2011 (art. 3, section 5); the addition of art. 3, section 9 on the implementation of article 46 of Commission Regulation (EC) No. 1974/2006 of 15 December 2006 on the implementation of Council Regulation (EC) No. 1698/2005 on support for rural development by the European Agricultural Fund for Rural Development (EAFRD); request for subsidy shall no longer be submitted as of 1 January 2015 (art. 5a).
