Abstract
This Order partly amends Order on Food Licensing, in particular provisions related to the licensing and registration of food processing activities – in order to prevent transmissible harmful organisms in food. Registered retail companies in adherence to article 7, section 2 may receive and process meat of domestic ungulates, poultry, farmed and wild game, fish and crustaceans for private use (art. 13). Products may only be returned to end consumers who submitted them. The company must have detailed documentation on the amount of the received products and should include duly explanatory notification thereof (section 4, point 4). Article 21, section 3, Nr. 6 is inserted as follows: “Companies shall now receive fish, crustaceans and meat from domestic ungulates, poultry, farmed and wild game from consumers in adherence to provisions in article 13”.
Non-compliance with articles listed under article 34, section 1, No. 1 is amended to the following: “violates articles 3 (sections 1-2, 4) art. 5 (sect. 1) art. 6-7, 9-12, 13 (sect. 3-4) art. 14 (sect. 7) art. 15-17, 18 (sect. 1-3) art. 19 (sect. 1) art. 20 (sect. 1-2) art. 21 (sect. 1-2) art. 22, 23 (sect. 3) art. 24 (sect. 2) art. 25 (sect. 3) art. 27-29, 30 (sect. 1 or 3) art. 33 or 35 (sect. 3-4) or”.
For commercial registration for smoked or salty meat prior to 13 June 2014 in accordance to article 13 of Order No. 1365 may continue this activity by previously applicable conditions without additional registration (art. 35, section 5).
Non-compliance with articles listed under article 34, section 1, No. 1 is amended to the following: “violates articles 3 (sections 1-2, 4) art. 5 (sect. 1) art. 6-7, 9-12, 13 (sect. 3-4) art. 14 (sect. 7) art. 15-17, 18 (sect. 1-3) art. 19 (sect. 1) art. 20 (sect. 1-2) art. 21 (sect. 1-2) art. 22, 23 (sect. 3) art. 24 (sect. 2) art. 25 (sect. 3) art. 27-29, 30 (sect. 1 or 3) art. 33 or 35 (sect. 3-4) or”.
