This Order lays down rules for the prevention and reduction of pollution from auto repair shops.
It consists of 9 chapters and 1 annex: Scope and Definitions (1); Requirements for construction of garage (2); Requirements for the operation of garages (3); Administrative provisions (4); Injunction (5); Special provisions for garages established before 1 January 1986 (6); Appeals (7); Penal Provisions (8); Entry into Force (9).
