Order No. 701 on land survey companies.

This Order sets rules on administrative amendments and additions resulting from surveying companies operations. A survey company may only be established by private or partnership joint stock, or by merging with existing survey companies. A shareholder who no longer meets the requirements asked by the surveying company must ensure this is notified within 1 month. The National Geodata Board shall ensure that regulations in this Order are being adhered with and that approval shall be granted following electronic registration of information on www.BusinessInDenmark.dk.
