Abstract
The Order sets regulations with regard to surveying companies - which must, in addition to sole proprietorship - only be exercised by a surveyor company, operating in equity, private or corporate partnership. A surveyor company may only serve to drive the survey or the company. The latter, owned solely by practicing surveyors, may be the sole activity having to own shares in another surveyor company. The Minister shall lay down rules on the provision of corporate surveying, including rules on disposal of shares in the case of a shareholder’s death or cessation of exercise. It may also lay down detailed rules on names for surveying companies under which survey is to be performed in sole proprietorship. Penal Code articles 150-152 and 155-157 shall apply to surveyors with accreditation.
