Order No. 802 on the care of protected areas and their supervision.

The Order sets regulations with regard to the implementation of conservation measures to achieve the preservation of the environment - which care and administrative powers are borne by the governmental authorities. For areas under the Ministry of Environment responsibilities, shall be supervised by the Danish Nature Agency.
The Order consists of 5 Chapters: Care of protected land not owned by the state authorities (1); Care of listed state-owned land (2); Monitoring (3); Notification (4); Entry into force (5).
