Order No. 804 on the use of fertilizer during the plan period 2012/2013 and on plant cover.

Plant and animal production activities covered by this Order apply to the management and equipment of animal manure (fertilizer). The Order sets out regulations of standard requirements for the prevention of hazardous substances emissions that may be produced by plant covering of agricultural crops. Registration of plant and animal production activities shall be notified to the Danish AgriFish Agency if commercial companies'operational yearly taxable turnover is equivalent of more than DKK 20 000.
