Order No. 81 on special aid to farmers for establishment of organic fruit trees and berry bushes.

This Order applies to specific aid to farmers who establish or reestablish certain types of organic fruit trees or berry bushes on land eligible for the Single Payment Scheme. The purpose of this Order is to provide support to organic fruit and berry growers in order to increase its proportion and to improve the environment. The scheme will also support the objectives of Natura2000. The applying areas must form a continuous area of at least 0.30 ha and funding thereof shall be granted in accordance to Council Regulation (EC) No. 73/2009 for at least 2 hectares, unless the total amount of aid in the form of special support for male animals and on the basis of special payment shall be an amount equal to at least 300 Euros.
