Abstract
The Danish AgriFish Agency may grant financial grants to owners and tenants of farms. The purpose of this Order is to ensure that grants are being awarded for the contribution to pasture, conversion to pasture and grazing in areas within and outside the Natura 2000 approved areas. If the total subsidy for agri-environment of an area exceeds the amount that can be financed by the EU, funding for the care of grass and nature of that area is reduced (article 27), pursuant to article 39 of Council Regulation (EC) No. 1698/2005 on support for rural development by the European Agricultural Fund for Rural Development, all subsidies to agri-environment under Chapter VI (agri-environment and animal welfare) of Council Regulation (EC) No. 1257/1999 on support for rural development from the European Agricultural Guidance and Guarantee Fund and all subsidies to agri-environment under Council Regulation (EEC) No 2078/92 on environmentally friendly farming practices, and the landscaping.
