Abstract
This Order enlists chemical substances to which the European Commission has assessed whether to be registered as active substances for Biocides and plant protection regulations. The document also contains a list of substances assessed by the Danish Environmental Protective Agency.
Appendix 1 - Biocide active substances approved prior to 15 July 2013.
Appendix 2 - Active substances the European Commission does not include in Appendix I, IA or IB to the Biocidal Products.
Appendix 3 - List of plant protection which have been granted settlement periods (see article 46).
Appendix 4 - List of previously approved pesticides with specific ban on possession as of 2012.
Appendix 5 - Approved active substances (art 15 of Order on pesticides for use as repellents).
