Abstract
This Order sets guidelines on financial subsidy granted by the The Danish AgriFish Agency and proportionatelly distributed among eligible farmers who delivered minimum 1 kg milk to a recognized purchaser in 2016. The Order's purpose is to support these farmers' activities as part of a specific market support measure programme. The Order is regulated by the Agency in adherence to EU Regulations (EU) No. 2016/1613 providing exceptional adjustment aid for milk producers and farmers in other livestock sectors.
