Abstract
This Order amends the implementation Act from No. 445 to Act No. 244 of 28 February 2013 (LEX-FAOC122289). A new section (No. 8) is added to article 5, section 2 - now reading: "Areas within the year of application in adherence to article 21b, section 1 of the Environmental Protection Act".
