Order No. 90 amending Order on subsidy for the maintenance of wetlands.

The provisions of Order No. 1019 relate to the granting of subsidies for the maintenance of wetlands. This Order partially amends Order No. 95 with regard to its regulations on subsidies granted for the promotion of buffer zones along open streams and lakes over 100 meters – in order to reduce supply of phosphorus, nitrogen and pesticides to surface waters. In particular its introduction, whereby the implementation of Rural Development Act (No. 316 of 2007) provisions are now changed to articles 3, 5 (sect. 1-3) art. 7 (sect. 4) art. 11 (sect. 4), and pursuant to 5, sect. 1, No. 5 of Order No. 559 on the Danish AgriFish Agency's duties and powers. These amendments shall apply to the processing of requests for payment of subsidies received as of 1 January 2015 or later.
