Abstract
The Order sets regulations on the production of eggs sold to end-consumers, and their standard requirements adhering to EU legislation. Producers of eggs shall choose whether they decide to apply for the exemption from merger market standard requirements, in which case they shall list the product under “class B eggs”. Class B eggs marketed exclusively on Danish territory are exempt from standard requirements and labeled with either the producer’s commerce registration code and / or with another indication.
