Abstract
The Danish AgriFish Agency shall, within the framework of the annual budgets, grant subsidies for the establishment of landscape and biotope planting for owned or leased agricultural and natural areas, as well as for associations and organizations implementing projects on agricultural and natural areas with at least 7 owners or tenants. The purpose of the Order is to grant subsidies to landscape and biotope plantings in rural areas, which can assist in preserving and promoting biodiversity allowing good living conditions for animals and plants; in preserving and promoting environmental, climatic, cultural and landscape values and recreational values; and establishing and to increasing the proportion of small biotopes. The grant of subsidy shall be granted to costs of planning and studies necessary to these projects, such as: clearing costs of old plantations; cost of soil preparation; costs of plants and seeds; costs of planting and sowing; costs for replanting and cleaning in the period up to completion of the project; costs of salaries for personnel assigned to the project, provided that such expenses are not usually funded by public institutions, public companies or local communities; and costs of consultancy.
