Abstract
The Order sets regulations on the subsidy to non-productive investments that can contribute to rural preservation and promotion of environmental bioversity; to the preservation and promotion of environemtal and cultural values; to establishment of connection lines between natural habitats increasing the number of biotopes; and the promotion of welfare of grazing animals. An advisory committee is established and regulated by the Danish AgriFish Agency's for the reimbursement for biotope and the prioritization of applications thereof. The priority will be implemented based on an assessment of its compliance with the Order's objectives, the project's total cost for the project set up for local action under the Rural Development Programme or the Fisheries Development Programme for period 2007-2013. The Natural Plan should be developed authorized commercial entitites in adherence to Order No. 436 of 6 June 2005.
