Order No. 951 amending Order on subsidy for phosphorus wetlands municipal projects.

The Order partly amends Order No. 372. For project management purposes in this Order, the municipality selected by water catchment management group to be responsible for the implementation of a municipal wetland project in the water catchment area assumes the obligation to execute the project (article 3). Projects must submit to the Danish AgriFish Agency requests, preliminary reports, all supporting documents, proof of payment and a statement on the implementation by 1 August 2015. The Agency may, in special cases, grant exemptions thereof (art. 20).
