Order No. 372 on subsidy for phosphorus wetlands municipal projects.

The provisions of this Order relate to subsidy grants for the establishment of municipal phosphorus wetlands, which planning is regulated by the Danish AgriFish Agency, which is also in charge of the administration and approval of these financial supports. Application for such grants may be submitted electronically via www.vandprojekter.dk, while criteria for granting subsidy shall be based on the reporting of inspection, assessment, registration and administrative processes of these areas approved by the Agency.
