Abstract
The Order sets regulations concerning the monitoring and control of exotic (Appendix 2, part I), non-exotic (Appendix 2, Part II) and emerging diseases in aquatic organisms. The Order s purpose is to monitor and record any findings related to the spread of diseases from fish and products thereof.
The Order consists of 7 Chapters and 2 Appendices: Scope and definitions (1); Classification of health status (2); Suspicion, public monitoring, detection and control (3); Risk-based surveillance (4) Vaccination (5); Costs and compensation (6); Penalties and entry into force (7).
Appendix 1 Classification of health status of aquaculture zones in categories I-V.
Appendix 2 Listed diseases.
