Order No. 978 on national subsidy for the establishment of obligatory marginal zones.

Pursuant to note No. 159, article 24.23.03 in Finance Act for financial year 2014 and to note No. 166, article 24.23.03 in document No. 145 of 4 September 2014, this Order aims to grant subsidy for marginal zone aras. Subsidies granted as de minimis aid the agriculture sector in accordance to EU Commission Regulation No. 1408/2013 of 18 December 2013. The grants may be awarded for the peripheral zones and which agriculture areas are eligible for the single payment scheme or are lands used for Christmas trees or decorative greenery. Calculation and disboursement of grants shall follow provisions of Commission Regulation EU No. 1408/2013.
