Abstract
Pursuant to note No. 159, article 24.23.03 in document No. 120 of 20 June 2013, the purpose of this Order is to provide financial subsidy for establishing marginal zone areas for the period from 1 September 2012 to and including 31 December 2013. These subsidies shall be of maximum 7 500 EUR over a period of 3 years, a de minimis aid, pursuant to Commission Regulation (EC) No. 1535/2007 of 20 December 2007 on the application of Articles 87 and 88 of de minimis aid for agricultural production. Applications for grant are regulated by the Danish AgriFish Agency and subitted no later than 22 October 2013. Accepted grants shall be paid out by the Agency between 15 December 2013 and 30 June 2014. Criteria for granting subsidy is based on the area's ownership not older than 25 April 2013. The current rate of subsidy ranges to a max. of 1 600 DKK/ha.
