Abstract
The present Regulation, adopted by the Ministry of Climate, Energy and Utilities, applies to grants for businesses that carry out projects aimed at achieving energy savings, energy efficiency improvements, and CO2 reductions in final energy consumption in Denmark. Article 7 lays down the requirements for obtaining grants under the scheme. Procedural matters regarding the application procedure are also included. Energy savings under this Regulation are calculated as the net difference between the energy consumption before and after the implementation of the energy efficiency project. The CO2 reduction is calculated as the net difference between the energy-related emissions before and after the implementation of the CO2 reduction project.
