Abstract
This Regulation a yearly levy of 15 DKK per hectare for areas with plant production. The levy is calculated based on the eligible areas under the basic payment scheme for the respective calendar year, where one or more of the crops listed in Annex 1 are cultivated. The Plant Levy Fund collects the levies and will be collected for the first time in 2024.
