This Act amends the Dominica Agricultural Industrial and Development Bank Act in sections concerning definitions, the Board of Directors, appointment and powers of the General Manager of the Bank, authorized capital and other financial arrangements, the Loans Committee, appointment of credit officers and some matters of miscellaneos character.
