Abstract
This Act makes provision for the establishment of the Dominica Agricultural Industrial and Development Bank as a body corporate, defines its functions and powers and internal organization and establishes a Loans Committee.
The Bank shall, among other things, grant loans to the agricultural sector, which includes fisheries and forestry.
