Abstract
This Act amends the Dominica Agricultural Industrial and Development Bank Act in section 2 and by inserting new sections 23A, 23B and 23C which provide, among other things, for the use of funds derived from sub-loans and recycled funds accumulated in excess of the amount required for the service of a loan. Funds may also by used for investments as approved by the Caribbean Development Bank.
