Forestry and Wildlife (Amendment) Act No. 4 of 2021.

This Act makes amendments in the Principal Act regarding the prohibiton for exporting of any live or dead wildlife or parts thereof cooked, frozen or processed except with a permit issued by the Director, and inserts new section which lays down penalties for contravening this prohibition. The template of the permit for export of wildlife is annexed to this Act.
