Geographical Indications (Amendment) Act ( No. 13 of 2008).

This Act amends the Geographical Indications Act 1999 in section 12 by inserting a new subsection, which requires the Registrar of the Court to notify the Registrar of Companies and Intellectual Property of the decision of the Court regarding invalidation or rectification of the registration of a geographical indication or the decision on any appeal on such decision and to record such decision and publish a reference thereto as soon as possible.
