Hunting of Frogs (Prohibition) Notice, 2004 (S.R.O. No. 4 of 2004).

This Notice, made under section 45 of the Forestry and Wildlife Act (Chap 60:02), prohibits the hunting or taking of the frog species Leptodactylus fallax in or from any area in Dominica. Possession of live or dead such frogs is prohibited. The Director of the Forestry and Wildlife Division of the Ministry of Agriculture, Lands and Fisheries may exempt research activities from the above rules.
