Plant Protection (Importation) (Amendment) (Regulations (S.R.O. No. 8 of 2003).

These Regulations amend the Plant Protection (Importation) Regulations in regulation 13 and by inserting Form 1A of a permit for the importation of planting material, and/or vegetables into the Commonwealth of Dominica. In regulation 13 is inserted the following clause: The permit issued for the importation of planting materials into the State under regulation 12 and the importation of fruits and vegetables into the State under this regulation shall be substantially in the form set out in the Schedule as Form 1A .
