Abstract
This Act defines jurisdiction of magistrates in cases of small trespass, i.e. trespass by men or livestock. It also establishes maximum fines for offences of trespass. A magistrate may also try and determine civil claims relating to trespass in case of damage not exceeding a specified amount.
