Fisheries Market Organisation Act.

This Act establishes the legal framework for the organisation of the fisheries market. It defines the measures applicable to the sector, including aid schemes, and sets out the grounds and procedures for their implementation, as well as provisions on administrative supervision, enforcement and liability.
The Act determines the types of measures for fisheries market organisation, including support financed by European Union funds and national aid schemes, and provides for the allocation of resources and conditions for granting such support. It designates the competent authorities responsible for implementing these measures and sets rules for the submission, assessment and approval of applications, as well as for the management and use of financial resources under different support arrangements.
It regulates the organisation and operation of fisheries sector structures, including the recognition and functioning of producer organisations and the preparation and approval of production and marketing plans. It also establishes mechanisms for the implementation of local development strategies through local initiative groups and local action groups, as well as requirements related to the marketing of fishery and aquaculture products, including compliance with marketing standards and the provision of consumer information.
The Act contains provisions on monitoring, control and data processing, including the verification of compliance with requirements, inspection powers, maintenance of registers and disclosure of information. It further regulates the recovery and repayment of support and aid, establishes liability for violations, and sets out procedures for dispute resolution connected with the implementation of fisheries market organisation measures.
