Abstract
This Regulation, based on subsection 16 (2) of the Energy Management Act, defines the overall energy saving obligation and establishes the scope of the general energy saving obligation and distribution plan for the period from 1 January 2021 to 31 December 2030, according to the policy measures and the various agencies and institutions empowered to implement these measures. The energy savings obligation distribution Plan, with its policy measures is attached to this Regulation.
