Abstract
This Regulation, based on the provisions of Section 45, subsection 1, Section 46, subsection 1, Section 47, subsection 1 and 2, and Section 90 (3) subsection 2 of the Fishing Act, and Section 11, subsection 2.1 of the Environmental Charges Act, establishes the possibilities of professional fishing and the fee rates for fishing rights concerning: a fisherman's fishing permit, a fishing permit of a fishing vessel in the Baltic Sea, in a water area outside the jurisdiction of the Republic of Estonia that is not regulated by the European Union. The Regulation concerns: the annual catch per fishing gear set on specified lakes on the basis of the cooperation agreement between the Government of the Republic of Estonia and the Government of the Russian Federation on the conservation and use of fish resources; the annual catch of herring, plaice and cod allowed to be caught in the Baltic Sea and in the Livonian Gulf.
