Governmental Regulation no. 125 of 2018 concerning Statutes of the Register of Land Improvement Systems

This Regulation, made on the basis of subsection 39 (2) of the Land Improvement Act, establishes the register of land improvement systems and defines its content, in order to publish information on planned, under construction and existing land improvement systems and the related procedures. Matters covered by the Regulation include: empowerment of the Ministry of Regional Development and Agriculture as chief processor and controller of the register; appointment of users of the register; data to be entered in the register; land improvement system data; data on land improvement structures, including irrigation systems, drainage and reservoirs systems; data on persons involved in the land improvement system and its construction; data of applications, design conditions, notifications, permits, decisions on the termination of the intended use; processing of registry data.
