Abstract
This Regulation made on the basis of provisions of article 59(4) of the Nature Conservation Act, concerns the designation of customs points for the verification of the compliance of the import into and export from the European Union of specimens of species listed in the Annexes of the Council Regulation (EC) No 338/97/EC of the European Union as endangered plant and animal species. The Regulation specifies customs points for control of plants and plant products, and customs points for inspection of animal products, and for living animals.
